City myopia
Symptoms include
- The assumption that everyone lives in the city and attends cultural events
- traversing in a comfortable liberal bubble that is only pierced when one is forced to encounter those who are not of socio-economic background by random chance or steeping over them in the doorway
- Travel is limited to jaunts to other cosmopolitan urban centers and eco-friendly trips to assist 3rd world countries which often is reduce to a gigantic shopping spree.
- Purchasing clothing that looks distressed but actually costs more than the average monthly pay of the people toiling the to make clothing.
Such is the existence of comfortable modern urbanity.
Are we all totally eff-heads?
